100g sugar
100g pumpernickel
100g water
100g cream
Some butter

Preparation

Vanilla icecream
Step 1:
Mix all dry ingredients
Step 2:
Add the remaining ingredients and heat for 85 minutes at 2 degrees
Step 3:
Let it cool down and let it mature for at least 3-4 hours in the refrigerator or overnight
Step 4:
Stir well
Step 5:
Freeze the base in the ice cream maker or by hand method

Step 1:
Grind or shred the pumpernickel
Step 2:
Melt some butter in a pan
