You can find this great ice cream, rounded off with a little egg yolk, at full-bodied vanilla ice cream.
Mix the dry ingredients together well
Heat the dry ingredients, milk, cream, sweetened condensed milk and vanilla pulp, as well as the vanilla pod or homemade vanilla paste to 85 degrees and leave to steep for 15 minutes at a constant temperature.
When used with vanilla paste, the ice cream base does not need to be heated.
Stir frequently or, if using a food processor, set the mixing speed to the lowest setting.
Cool the ice base and let it mature in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours
Take out the scraped out vanilla pod and mix the base again briefly (a whisk is enough)
Freeze with the ice cream maker or the hand method
Transfer the finished ice cream to a freezer container
Leave to freeze in the freezer at -24 degrees for 18 hours

I tried this ice cream for the first time and I have to say it is delicious and very creamy. It's the best vanilla ice cream I've ever made. I am definitely sticking to this ice cream.

This was my first ice cream with the new starter set. It tastes really delicious of vanilla and is nice and creamy, much better than store-bought ice cream. I will try many more recipes!

This is my 3rd vanilla ice cream variant that I made with Perfecto I made it. And it's by far the best. Super creamy and airy. The taste is amazing too.
