Ingredients

555 g whole milk 3,5%
200 g cream 30%
100 g sugar
115 g Eis-Perfecto
15 g Bindemittel-Perfecto
1-2 tsp vanilla essence Movito
pinch of salt
Ingredients that are later added to the ice cream:
200 g raspberry varigato
Variant without sugar
550 g whole milk 3,5%
230 g cream 30%
80 g xylitol
125 g Perfecto-X
15g XBindemittel-Perfecto
1-2 tsp vanilla essence Movito
pinch of salt

Preparation

Step 1:
Mix all dry ingredients.
Step 2:
Mix the milk, vanilla paste and dry ingredients together on the highest setting for 2 minutes.
Step 3:
Now add the cream and mix again briefly.
Step 4:
Let the mix mature in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Step 5:
Now freeze the ice with an ice cream maker or the hand method.
Step 6:
Now fill the finished ice cream in layers into a container and distribute it between each layer of raspberry varigato and if you like, carefully mix / swirl everything with a spoon at the end.
