50gr maple syrup
40gr mascarpone
80gr hazelnut paste very finely ground by Barberis
160 gr. Perfecto
30 gr. Perfecto-More
15gr binder
10gr sugar

Preparation

Step 1:
Mix dry ingredients
Step 2:
Then put all the ingredients in the mixer and mix for 2 minutes
Step 3:
Then let it mature in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour
Step 4:
When the mass has matured, process it in the ice cream machine
