This is a very creamy milk chocolate ice cream recipe. As the name suggests, the chocolate ice cream recipe is made with milk chocolate or milk couverture. The chocolate ice cream is sensationally creamy and has a great melt. It belongs to the milder chocolate ice cream recipe variants but is still very chocolaty. I also use condensed milk in this milk chocolate ice cream. This is how the ice cream becomes particularly creamy. The milk chocolate ice cream is already one of the favorites in our family.

Ingredients

100 g condensed milk 10%
(As an alternative to condensed milk, 50% milk / 50% cream | The ice cream becomes creamier with condensed milk!)
610 g milk 1,5%
105 g Perfecto-More
30 g Eis-Perfecto
15 g Bindemittel-Perfecto
110 g whole milk couverture
30 g of cocoa
a pinch of salt

Preparation

Step 1:
Boil the cocoa and the whole milk couverture with the milk and simmer gently for 2-3 minutes.
Step 2:
Mix the remaining dry ingredients.
Step 3:
Mix the cocoa milk, condensed milk and the dry ingredients together on the highest setting for 2 minutes.
Step 4:
Let the ice cream mix in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.
Step 5:
Now freeze the ice with an ice cream maker or the hand method.

Already made it twice, interesting what influence good Belgian chocolate and cocoa have on the end result instead of standard goods from the supermarket.
