This is a very creamy milk chocolate ice cream recipe. As the name suggests, the chocolate ice cream recipe is made with milk chocolate or milk couverture. The chocolate ice cream is sensationally creamy and has a great melt. It belongs to the milder chocolate ice cream recipe variants but is still very chocolaty. I also use condensed milk in this milk chocolate ice cream. This is how the ice cream becomes particularly creamy. The milk chocolate ice cream is already one of the favorites in our family.

Very delicious and creamy. Unfortunately, I have the problem that this is the first variety that doesn't set. It stays like soft ice cream. Do you have to let the milk, chocolate coating, and cocoa mass cool before mixing them with the powders? Perfecto Should we use less chocolate? It was too sweet for us. Or would we rather use less chocolate coating and more cocoa?

You can exchange a part plus for Eis-Perfecto Swap 1 for 1. Normally, the consistency is great. It's not really too soft. Just leave it in the freezer for a few days after preparation, and it should be perfect. Best regards, Andreas
