480 gr strawberries
200 gr cream 30%
80 grams of milk 3,5%
15 grams of lemon juice
20 grams of sugar
80 gr Eis-Perfecto
20 gr Bindemittel-Perfecto
100 gr Perfecto-More

Preparation

Preparation
Step 1:
Puree the strawberries in a blender with the lemon juice
Step 2:
Mix all dry ingredients
Step 3:
Mix the milk and dry ingredients with the strawberry puree for 2 minutes
Step 4:
Finally add the cream and mix again for 20 seconds
Step 5:
Let everything mature in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour
Step 6:
Prepare in the machine

What is pure fruit, refreshingly tasty, a must for the summer months but also very tasty for the rest of the year???
My family loves this ice cream, creamy, fruity, with that Variegato for us the best strawberry ice cream ??
