Very intense lemon sorbet recipe. This lemon sorbet is very intense and aromatic thanks to a fruit content of 24% lemon juice. But still not too angry. The recipe is super creamy.
For this lemon sorbet recipe you need the zest of an ORGANIC lemon. Please only use washed ORGANIC lemons for lemon zest. But only the yellow top layer, please. The white underneath is bitter.
