Waffle cones with rock candy (waffle cone)

Crispy waffle cones made with Cloer waffle iron.

I prepared the dough with spelled flour and white rock sugar.

The recipe made 25 pieces.

I filled in the dough and when closing it, pressed it down for a few seconds so that the dough is nice and thin.

I use the “Tescoma” bag roller to roll it up. You don’t burn your fingers with it.
