Waffle cones with rock candy (waffle cone)

Crispy waffle cones made with Cloer waffle iron.

I prepared the dough with spelled flour and white rock sugar.

The recipe made 25 pieces.

I filled in the dough and when closing it, pressed it down for a few seconds so that the dough is nice and thin.

I use the “Tescoma” bag roller to roll it up. You don’t burn your fingers with it.

Step 1:
I heated the sugar candy in the water until it had dissolved.
Step 2:

Mix the butter with the egg until frothy.
Step 3:

Mix the flour with the cinnamon.
Step 4:

Then stir in alternately to the foamy egg-butter mixture, flour and sugar water.
Step 5:

Should it be a thin dough, I had to add 2-3 tablespoons. Add water.
Step 6:

Let stand for 30 minutes, then bake.
Step 7:

I have set level 3 on the waffle iron.
Step 8:

After filling in the batter, close the waffle iron immediately and press down a little for a few seconds, then you will be nice and thin.
Step 9:

Then roll it up immediately, get crispy quickly, then it would break when rolling.
