Woodruff ice cream (almost no sugar)
Mix all dry ingredients well
Mix the syrup, lemon juice, color and whole milk with the dry ingredients for 2 minutes on the highest level
Add the cream and mix briefly on the lowest level
Let the ice base mature in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours (for me overnight)
Mix the base again and freeze with the ice cream maker or the hand method
Pour the ice into a freezer and let it freeze for 24 hours at -18 degrees
