Ingredients

75 g caramelized chopped walnuts
Ingredients for the ice cream mass
70 g xylitol
100 g Perfecto-X
15g XPerfecto Bindemittel
50 g maple syrup
590 g whole milk
100 g cream 30%
75 g walnut paste

Preparation
