Delicious walnut ice cream with sweetened condensed milk. I still have about 50 g in the finished ice cream walnut brittle given. All needed Ice cream ingredients can be found in our Movito shop. If you don't feel like it or don't have the time, Walnut paste to make it yourself, you can also use the ready-made ones from our shop.

Ingredients

100 g Eis-Perfecto
15 g Bindemittel-Perfecto
585 g whole milk 3,5%
150 g sweetened condensed milk
60 g maple syrup
90 g walnut paste
pinch of salt
optional 8g Perfecto-Cremosa

Preparation

Step 1:
Mix all dry ingredients
Step 2:

Blend milk, maple syrup, sweetened condensed milk, walnut paste and dry ingredients together on high for 2 minutes
Step 3:

Let the mix mature in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes
Step 4:

Freeze the ice with an ice cream maker or the hand method
Step 5:

If you like, you can add walnut brittle just before the ice cream is ready and stir it in
