Great watermelon fruit ice cream like from the ice cream parlor with ours Watermelon ice cream
Mix all dry ingredients
Mix the water, ice cream paste, oil, cremosa and the dry ingredients together at the highest level for 2 minutes.
Let the mix mature in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.
Now freeze the ice with an ice cream maker or the hand method.
If you don't want to use cremosa, you have to leave out the oil too!
