watermelon ice cream ?

Carefully puree the melon so as not to puree the seeds. Then strain the mixture through a sieve to sift out the kernels.

Now mix the pulp and the other ingredients together and chill in the refrigerator.

Then process in the ice cream machine and freeze in the freezer.

Also tastes very good as an ice cream / sparkling wine cocktail.
