Quick watermelon ice cream

I love beautiful, delicious watermelons. But unfortunately, the flavor in ice cream is often not intense enough for me. In fact, the opposite is true – most of the time it even tastes a bit like cucumber. Sure, melons are part of the gourd family, just like cucumbers. But when I eat watermelon ice cream, I want to taste melon, not cucumber. It's really difficult to find a melon ripe enough to have the right flavor. It's often fine to eat fresh and is delicious, but the ripeness of the melon is far from right for ice cream. It really has to have top-notch flavor, and that's not something you find very often.
