45 g Perfecto-Minus
15 g Bindemittel-Perfecto
35 g sugar
575 g milk 3,5%
100 g cream 30%
50 g white chocolate ice cream paste perfecto
80g white chocolate Lindt
45g white chocolate macadamia liqueur (Berentzen)
a pinch of salt

25 g Perfecto Variegato
25 g of cream
50 g macadamia liqueur (Berentzen)
25g white chocolate (Lindt)

Preparation

Mix all dry ingredients
Step 2:

Mix the milk and dry ingredients at the highest level for 2 minutes, heat to 50 °
Step 3:

Melt the white chocolate in it, mix on the highest level, then add the chocolate paste and liqueur, mix well

Add the cream and mix again briefly
Step 5:

Let the ice cream mix in the refrigerator for at least 3-6 hours

Mix briefly, freeze ice in the ice cream maker
