Ingredients

100 g milk 3,5%
80 g cream 30%
35 g of water
170 g white couverture
100 g Eis-Perfecto
10 g sugar
5 g vanilla paste

Preparation

Step 1:
Bring all ingredients to the boil in a saucepan for 1-2 minutes and simmer for 10 minutes over low heat.
Step 2:
The white chocolate sauce must be completely cooled in the refrigerator before it can be used in the ice cream.
