Mix all dry ingredients.
Roughly chop Snickers.
Mix the milk and the dry ingredients (except for Snickers) for 2 minutes on the highest setting, heat to 85 °, add the Snickers, let stand for 10 minutes while stirring constantly. Be careful not to burn it!

Let the ice cream ripen in the refrigerator for 3-6 hours.
Mix, freeze.
