Our dear ice cream man Andreas Thomä "had" to change the balance several times for this recipe and now, with the third attempt, it finally landed on the dot.
I'm not a yogurt ice cream lover myself, but I like this one myself.
The yoghurt flavor comes through well and the lemon juice makes the ice cream very refreshing.

Mix the dry ingredients together well
Mix the dry ingredients, yoghurt, milk, lemon essence and lemon juice for two minutes at the highest level
Add the cream and mix again on a low speed for 30 seconds
Let the finished ice cream base mature in the fridge for at least an hour (you can also do it overnight)
Now freeze the ice base using the ice maker or the hand method
Pour the finished ice cream into a suitable freezer container and let it refreeze in the freezer at -24 degrees for 18 hours
