Ingredients

140 g Eis-Perfecto
50 g sugar
15 g Bindemittel-Perfecto
a pinch of salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon (approx. 3g)
Alternatively, 20 g Cinnamon ICE PASTE-Movito
638 g milk 3,5%
40 g cream 30%
60 g maple syrup
30 g almond paste
20 g hazelnut paste
5 g vanilla paste of your choice
Ingredients that are later added to the ice cream
approx. 50 g coarsely chopped cinnamon stars

Preparation

Step 1:
Mix all dry ingredients.
Step 2:
Mix the milk, maple syrup, vanilla paste, the nut pastes and dry ingredients together on the highest setting for 2 minutes.
Step 3:
Add the cream and mix in slowly
Step 4:

Let the mix mature in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.
Step 5:
After ripening, mix again briefly.
Step 6:

Freeze the ice with an ice cream maker or the hand method.
Step 7:

Just before the ice cream is ready, add the cinnamon stars and mix in.
