In keeping with the cold season, I've made a Zimtstern ice cream recipe for you here. With this recipe, we don't just puree cinnamon stars into the ice cream! Instead, we make the ice cream with the individual ingredients that go into a cinnamon star. However, I do not use protein in this recipe.

The ice cream is easy and quick to make and is nice and creamy. It tastes like nuts and cinnamon, just like cinnamon stars.
