The crunchy nut-nougat treat with the delicious hazelnut in the center is a treat for all ages. Now it's about time I finally made a Ferrero ice cream from this delicious treat, which complements our ice cream recipe collection. My approach to Ferrero ice cream is a homemade Nut nougat ice cream Base, in later a chocolate Ferrero kisses Variegato is rolled in. I use a hazelnut paste in the ice cream, you can make it yourself or use a ready-made one, as you can in ours Ice cream ingredients shop You'll find it here. There are two ways to prepare it! The first method uses cocoa, which requires warming the ice cream mix so the cocoa can fully develop its aroma. The second, quicker method uses our chocolate ice cream paste. In this case, the ice cream base doesn't need to be warmed. Whichever method you choose doesn't matter; both result in a wonderfully creamy Ferrero Rocher ice cream. I hope you enjoy it!
