A friend loves miso and wanted an ice cream recipe with it. I guess I could change the ratio of miso to tahini for them, that's enough for me.
I still have an espresso liqueur Variegato rolled in because I still had something left and could well imagine it all together. I think it's great, but you have to like it.

Very interesting taste, nice consistency and the sesame brittle is really tasty. I also added black sesame seeds for the eye 😉
