Make ice yourself 
A wonderful creamy buttermilk and lemon ice cream recipe. Only the best ingredients are used in this great ice cream recipe. I use real lemon juice and the zest from an organic lemon. This gives the buttermilk-lemon ice cream its lemony taste. But of course buttermilk also plays a central role in this recipe. This makes the buttermilk-lemon ice cream a real treat for the palate.
Mix all dry ingredients.
Buttermilk, milk, lemon juice, lemon zest and the dry ingredients together
Mix at the highest level for 2 minutes.
Now add the cream and mix again briefly.
Let the mix mature in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.
Now freeze the ice with an ice cream maker or the hand method.
Please only use washed organic lemons for the lemon zest and only the yellow, upper layer. The white underneath is bitter.

Normally we don't like buttermilk ... but the ice cream is delicious and refreshing ... highly recommended

Simply delicious. I swapped the buttermilk for sour cream and reduced the sugar to 80g. Tastes a bit sour to me.
If you like it, just fine.
