Dissolve sugar in water
Mix dry ingredients
Mix the sugar water, mint syrup, lemon juice and dry ingredients at the highest level for 2 minutes
Let ripen in the refrigerator for 60 minutes
Freeze in the ice cream machine or by hand and let the melted chocolate trickle in shortly before the end
For post-freezing in the freezer for 24 hours
