Ayran, the Turkish national drink, kisses the Italian amarena cherry - an extremely tasty symbiosis.
Mix all dry ingredients together well.
Mix all ingredients except the cream and the Amarena cherries for 2 minutes on the highest level.
Add the cream and mix on a low level for 30 seconds.
Let the ice cream mix in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Briefly stir again with the whisk and then put in the ice cream maker.
When the ice cream is ready, layer it alternately with the Amarena cherries in a container and then place in the frozen food for at least 8 hours.
