Dessert sauce a' la "Sachertorte"

Sauce for ice cream or other desserts. Also very good with Palti ham (pancakes) or Kaiserschmarren.

Ingredients

Ingredients for sauce
5 apricots
4 tbsp icing sugar (powdered sugar)
100g whole milk couverture
100ml whipped cream
Juice from one lemon

Preparation

Step 1:
Wash, stone and puree the apricots.
Step 2:
Heat the apricot puree with sugar and lemon juice.
Step 3:
Melt the couverture in it.
Step 4:
Pour over the top and stir well.
Step 5:
If you like, add sugar.
