Important NOTE!
Avocado must not be heated, as this will negatively affect the taste.
Wash the physalis thoroughly, puree and sieve
Mix the dry ingredients together well
Mash the avocado and lemon juice with a fork
Mix the dry ingredients, water, physalis puree and avocado puree for two minutes at the highest level
Let ripen in the refrigerator for at least three hours
Freeze the sorbet base in the ice cream maker or by hand method
Pour into a freezer and leave to freeze in the freezer at -24 degrees for 18 hours
