"Actually" I'm not that much of a sorbet fan ... but this very creamy and at the same time fruity lemon sorbet flashed me again?

Step 1:
Mix the dry ingredients together well
Step 2:
Mash the avocado and lemon juice with a fork and mix together
Step 3:
Mix the dry ingredients, avocado pulp, sugar syrup and water at the highest level for two minutes
Step 4:
Let the base mature in the refrigerator for at least three hours
Step 5:
Freeze in the ice cream maker or by the hand method
Step 6:
Pour the finished sorbet into a freezer and then let it freeze in the freezer at -24 degrees for 18 hours
