
Heat milk and dissolve cocoa
Dissolve the couverture with, do not boil
When everything is dissolved, cool down and stir in the hazelnut paste and condensed milk into the warm milk
when cooled, put everything together with the dry ingredients in the blender for 2 minutes
Maturate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour

Delicious! I used it as the basis for a bacio ice cream (I added caramelized hazelnuts at the end) and the first tasting was brilliant!
