Since it is rhubarb season right now and the FB group often asked for it or was looking for one, I made one and hired it.

Unfortunately, the peeled rhubarb is hardly red in color and that's why I have this Variegato naturally colored. I used the bowl and 6 strawberries for this.

Ingredients

250 g rhubarb
120 g Variegato-Perfecto
60-110 g sugar (80g taken)
20 g lemon juice
Alternatively 6 strawberries (80g)

Preparation

Step 1:
Wash and peel the rhubarb and cut into 1 cm pieces. Pick up red peels and set aside
Step 2:

Sugar, VariegatoPut lemon juice and fruits in a saucepan. If you still like whole pieces of fruit, don't cook the whole rhubarb from the beginning.
Step 3:

Put the bowls in a tea strainer or filter bag and cook with them. Boil everything together for 3-4 minutes.
Step 4:

I crushed the strawberries while they were cooking.
Step 5:

Take out the sieve or bag and Variegato Fill into small glasses while still hot. I prefer small glasses because the Variegto likes to mold in a normal jam jar (also in the fridge)
