WoodruffVariegato for ice cream and desserts. I have to admit, I love woodruff. Even as a child, mom's homemade jelly was a highlight for me. Nothing has changed to this day. The green color and the fruity, sweet-sour taste are simply delicious and still bring back childhood memories.

Today there are of course so many sweets and desserts that you can hardly decide. But such a woodruff jelly is still super tasty.

Here I have our woodruff ice cream paste, for one Variegato transformed. That fits perfectly into the ice, for example vanilla icecream, but also for desserts or as a topping on yoghurts and Co. it is absolutely Perfecto : )

For the woodruffVariegato do you need our Woodruff ice paste.

Ingredients

220 g of water
25 g woodruff ice paste
155 g Variegato-Perfecto
100 g sugar

Preparation

Step 1:
Mix all the dry ingredients and bring to the boil together with the water and the woodruff ice cream paste for 2-3 minutes.
Step 2:

Pour hot into a clean glass, seal it airtight and let it cool down.
