Delicious ice cream cone, crispy, also suitable for ice cream cones (croissants),
Preparation:
Mix the egg white, sugar and vanilla well with the K hook of the Kenwood CC (possibly coated), do not beat until frothy!
(Also works well with the mixer)
Add flour, salt and melted butter, work into a smooth dough.
Let 30 rest for minutes.
Preheat the plate and put the dough on top, only in the middle, then it will spread apart.
Bake for about 1-2 minutes.
If you want to roll bags, roll them up immediately, they will quickly become hard and crispy!

Very tasty crispy ice cream cones, I added some Mondamin because I wanted them a little thicker. It worked, now they are perfect for us.
