Crunchy chocolate: For a special "crack" in the ice cream
Would you like to give your homemade ice cream a special twist? Then I would like to introduce you to our crunchy chocolate. This special icing brings a unique "crack" to your ice cream that you cannot achieve with ordinary chocolate or couverture. Using this ice cream icing will give the chocolate chips in the ice cream a wonderful crunchy texture, like yours stracciatella ice cream for a very special treat.
The glaze: A chocolate mix for the perfect taste
The basis of our ice chocolate icing is a carefully selected mixture of milk and dark chocolate. This combination offers a nice, strong chocolate note that is neither too bitter nor too mild and is therefore not lost in the ice cream taste.
The special feature: Deodorizes coconut oil for the perfect "crack"
What makes our Ice Chocolate Frosting so special is the addition of deodorized coconut oil. This tasteless oil helps the chocolate pieces in the ice cream retain their special "crunch".
The application: Enjoyment layer by layer
The application of the ice chocolate icing is easy: It is liquid and slowly poured into the ice cream and hardened. Then another layer of ice is added. This process is repeated to create different layers of chocolate chunks in the ice cream. Then you can gently stir the ice cream a bit so that the chocolate spreads a bit. The result is a tempting ice cream with crunchy chocolate chips that will send your taste buds on a journey.
Conclusion: Crunchy chocolate - the key to crunchy ice cream enjoyment
With our crunchy chocolate you can take your ice cream to the next level. It not only provides the unmistakable "crack" in the ice cream, but also an intensive chocolate note. Give it a try and see how this icing will add a whole new texture and depth of flavor to your ice cream!

It gets really nice and crunchy in ice cream. It also works with just dark chocolate 😉
