Here is a variant of the popular Cookie-Dough ice cream recipe. This time the ice cream is without an egg, but it is super creamy, thanks to the condensed milk that I use in this ice cream recipe. Cookie-Dough ice cream is one of our favorite ice creams and everyone should have tried it.

Mix all dry ingredients.
Mix the milk, condensed milk, vanilla paste and the dry ingredients together on the highest setting for 2 minutes.
Now add the cream and mix again briefly.
Let the mix mature in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.
Now freeze the ice with an ice cream maker or the hand method.
Just before the ice cream is done, add the chopped chocolate and cookie dough pieces and stir in.
Melt the cane sugar, sugar, vanilla paste, salt and milk in a saucepan over a low temperature until the sugar has completely dissolved
Put the flour in a bowl, add the vanilla sugar, butter at room temperature and the sugar, salt, vanilla paste and milk mixture and work into a smooth dough
Chill the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Roughly chop the chocolate and mix with the batter
Roll the dough into 2-3 small sausages (1-2 cm thick)
Chill the dough in the freezer for about 30 minutes
Then cut the dough rolls into small pieces and keep them in the freezer
