A creamy milk ice cream conjured up from alcohol-free orange truffle pralines. Spiced up with homemade orange powder and fruit powder. Plus a grand manner Variegato and a fruity, creamy ice cream to enjoy.
The ice cream is also suitable for filling hollowed out oranges. Just like the ice cream in the 70s / 80s.
Melt the pralines in the heated whole milk (85 °)
Mix all dry ingredients together well.
Add the dry ingredients to the truffle milk and mix everything for 2 minutes on the highest level.
Add the cream and mix everything again briefly.
Let the cooled ice base mature in the refrigerator for 3-6 hours.
Mix again and freeze in the ice cream maker.
