Delicious kiwi fruit ice cream with our Kiwi Ice Cream Paste.

Step 1:
Mix all dry ingredients
Step 2:
Mix the water, ice cream paste, oil, cremosa and the dry ingredients together at the highest level for 2 minutes.
Step 3:
Let the mix mature in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.
Step 4:
Now freeze the ice with an ice cream maker or the hand method.

Step 1:

If you don't want to use cremosa, you have to leave out the oil too!
Step 2:

For the variant with the fresh kiwis, carefully puree the kiwis so that the pits do not break. Then prepare the ice cream mix and finally carefully mix in the kiwi puree so that the seeds are not damaged. Otherwise it may get a bitter taste.
