A very tasty milk and cream ice cream with a refreshing passion fruit note.
I put a self-made passion fruit in the ice cream Variegato layered and that's what makes this ice cream special.

Mix all dry ingredients together well
Mix the milk, condensed milk and dry ingredients for two minutes at the highest level
Add the cream and mix on a low level for 10 seconds
Let the base mature in the refrigerator for three hours
Freeze in the ice cream maker or by the hand method
Put the finished ice cream in a freezer container, alternating with the Variegato layers
For 24 hours to re-freeze in the freezer
