We, my daughter and I, love chai latte and whoosh ... from now on also as ice cream.

The chai latte ice cream tastes just like the hot drink...only cold?

Ingredients

130g Eis Perfecto powder
100g mascarpone
563g whole milk 3,5%
125g chai latte (cinnamon / vanilla)
60g cream 30%
7g homemade vanilla paste
1g cinnamon
15g Perfecto Bindemittel
pinch of salt

Preparation

Step 1:
Mix all dry ingredients together well -

Mix the dry ingredients with the milk for 2 minutes at the highest level
Step 2:

Heat the mix to 85 degrees and hold for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally
Step 3:

Let the base cool down
Step 4:

Add the mascarpone and mix briefly at the highest level
Step 5:

Now add the cream and mix again on a low level for 30 seconds
Step 6:

Let cool completely and let ripen in the fridge for 3-6 hours (or overnight)
Step 7:

Mix again briefly and then with the ice cream maker or the hand method
Step 8:

Pour the finished ice cream into a freezer and let it freeze in the freezer at -24 degrees for 18 hours
Step 9:

This ice cream is so extremely good, melt-in-the-mouth, hints of vanilla and cinnamon ?????
This ice is the perfect winter ice
