Fantastic lemon sorbet recipe. I love this sorbet. It's sensationally creamy and wonderfully refreshing – a Lemon sorbet, which instantly gives you goosebumps of refreshment on hot summer days – neither too sour nor too sweet. Simply mix, chill, enjoy ice cream
For this lemon sorbet recipe, you'll need the zest of 1-2 organic lemons. Please use only washed organic lemons for the zest. Only the yellow, upper layer, please. The white part underneath is bitter. The combination of water, lemon juice, Sorbet-Perfecto and Bindemittel-Perfecto makes mixing child's play. After 2 minutes of mixing on high speed, simply let it stand in the refrigerator for 60 minutes, then ice cream machine (or stirred by hand in the freezer) to make sorbet – quick and easy.
Versatile and changeable
If you like, you can add citrus zest to the sorbet for a decorative touch—or mix it into a glass of sparkling wine (also known as "Le Colonel")—for a truly bubbly treat. For variations, you can also use lime or other citrus fruits—this keeps the recipe fresh and creative.
It tastes great with lemon, but you can also make this sorbet with other citrus fruits like lime etc.

Thank you for your feedback. If an ice cream is too sweet for you, you can customize it. You can find out how this works here FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions. Normally the ice fits well. Check if your freezer is colder than -18. Please do not rely on your ad, they are often incorrect and measure correctly. Preferably with a stick thermometer in the ice. This is not noticeable with some ice creams because they are generally softer than others. In the case of others who are not quite so soft, it is then too hard. Hey, I'm 69 years old, I've never cooked. But stop an ice cream fan. I mixed it with Pefecto ingredients and put it in the Emma ice cream maker. Really easy to make and super delicious. Now I no longer need to run to the ice cream parlor -:).
