I have this ice cream based on the classic cocktail Mojito
prepared.
It is very creamy, velvety and tastes very refreshing.
You can also add a small splash of mint liqueur or mint syrup over the ball.
The consistency is more compact than other ice cream types, since I have Perfecto minus used.
mix all dry ingredients
Put whole milk, mojito syrup, Bacardi, lime juice and the dry ingredients in the mixer and mix on the highest level for at least 2 minutes
Add the cream and mix again briefly-g
This then in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to mature
Mix again briefly
Freeze using the hand freeze method or put in the ice cream maker
The ice should have a temperature of -7 to -8 degrees
Decant and freeze in the freezer
