This is a very delicious and creamy ice cream recipe with Oreo cookies. Ice cream with Oreo biscuits isn't just for our little ice cream fans. In other words, the ice cream recipe with Oreo biscuits is also great fun for big ice cream fans. The ice cream recipe is quick and easy to make yourself. It gets very creamy and the Oreo biscuit pieces in the ice add the finishing touch. But it's best to find out for yourself.

Ingredients

585 g whole milk 3,5%
180 g cream 30%
130 g Eis-Perfecto
15 g Bindemittel-Perfecto
90 g sugar
pinch of salt
optional 5g Perfecto Cremosa
Ingredients that are later added to the ice cream
100 g oreo biscuits

Preparation

Step 1:
Mix all dry ingredients (except for the oreos).
Step 2:
Scrape the filling out of the oreos and lightly mash the biscuits and keep both separately.
Step 3:
Mix the oreo filling with the milk, cream and dry ingredients.
Step 4:
Bring everything to the boil, stirring constantly. Stir occasionally. Be careful not to burn it!
Step 5:
Let the ice cream mix in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.
Step 6:
Now freeze the ice cream with an ice cream machine or the hand method and just before the ice cream is ready, add the biscuit pieces and stir in.
