Some say rhubarb is a delicious treat - others say it is way too sour. Try the Sorbert variant and become a rhubarb fan.

Wash, peel and slice the rhubarb.
Bring the rhubarb and sugar to the boil in a saucepan, stirring constantly, and let it steep for 10 minutes at a low temperature (cover the saucepan).
Finely puree the soft mass with the mixer.
Chill the puree in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Mix all dry ingredients.
Mix the water, rhubarb puree and all dry ingredients for 2 minutes at the highest level.
Let the mass mature in the refrigerator for 1 hours.
Then freeze in an ice cream maker or the hand method.
