Strawberry Prosecco Sorbet
Mix all dry ingredients well.
Puree the strawberries with the lemon juice.
Mix the strawberries with the dry ingredients and the sparkling wine on the highest setting for 2 minutes.
Let everything mature in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Freeze the ice with an ice cream maker or the hand method.
Freeze at -18 degrees in the freezer.

Very tasty and creamy, hard to believe that it is a sorbet. Sparklingly fresh thanks to the Prosecco. I replaced 4g of binding agent with Cremosa powder, the result was more than perfect, simple perfecto. And it was made super quick and easy
