Very tasty ice cream. Weigh and mix the dry ingredients. Then mix the milk and whiskey together with the dry ingredients for 2 minutes with a mixer and finally stir in the creams.
Mix dry ingredients
Add milk / whiskey and mix in the mixer for 2 minutes, then briefly stir in the cream.
Let ripen in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. I like to class it in the fridge overnight. Stir well before putting it in the ice cream maker.
Optionally, shortly before the end of the freezing time, pour in approx. 100-150 g of melted couverture. I took half / half whole milk / dark chocolate.

the ice cream is absolutely delicious.

Considering that I don't like whiskey at all and my husband only drinks it with cola from time to time, it tastes super delicious. I rounded it all off with bittersweet couverture, which goes very well. It was just a bit too much couverture for me, next time I'll only use half.
