Great papaya sorbet recipe. A must for all papaya fans: exotic, refreshing and fruity! The sorbet is easy and very quick to make, the consistency is very creamy! For a great result, be sure to use fully ripe fruits so that the taste comes out really well.

Halve the papaya, remove the seeds and peel, then cut into pieces.
Mix all dry ingredients.
Mix 550g papaya with lime juice and water.
Add the dry ingredients and mix everything at the highest level for 2 minutes.
Let the mix mature in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.
Now freeze the ice with an ice cream maker or the hand method.
