I love frozen yogurt in all variations. That's why I made a cream cheese-yogurt ice cream recipe here. The ice cream is nice and creamy and has a mild yogurt taste, which is wonderfully rounded off by the cream cheese. But that is not all. I am in love Variegatos in frozen yogurt. That's why I have a nice mangoVariegato with layered. Of course this is not a must! The ice cream tastes delicious even without it.

Ingredients

140 g Eis-Perfecto
10 g binderPerfecto
a pinch of salt
60 g of water
90 g sugar
30 g lemon juice
250 g cream cheese 16% fat
320 g yogurt 3,5%
100 g condensed milk 10%
Ingredients that are later added to the ice cream
250 g - 300 g mangoVariegato
Varieties without sugar
130g XPerfecto
10 g X-binderPerfecto
a pinch of salt
60 g of water
80 g xylitol
30 g lemon juice
250 g cream cheese 16% fat
320 g yogurt 3,5%
120 g condensed milk 10%

Preparation

Step 1:
Mix all dry ingredients.
Step 2:
Add the condensed milk, yogurt, cream cheese, lemon juice and the dry ingredients together
Mix at the highest level for 2 minutes.
Step 3:
Let the mix mature in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.
Step 4:
Now freeze the ice with an ice cream maker or the hand method.
Step 5:
Now fill the finished ice cream in layers into a container and place between each mangoVariegato layers.

Could you use Skyr or yogurt ice cream instead of yogurt? If so, how much ice cream paste or skyr?

You can't take Skyr. This is a completely different product in terms of its nutritional values etc. But you can use the ice cream paste. Instead of 320 g of yogurt, simply use 290 g of milk and 30 g of yogurt ice cream paste.
