My childhood was the 60's and 70's. At that time I was obsessed with going shopping with my mother in the neighboring town's department stores (Quelle, etc.).

The only reason for this: soft ice cream from the soft ice cream stand 😀

We can also make it very easily ourselves and I describe how to do it in this recipe.

For once, this ice cream will not Perfecto used because it is only intended for immediate consumption from the ice cream machine. This is the only way the soft ice cream creaminess is possible.

Ingredients

350ml cream
60g honey
2 beaten egg yolk
1 egg (whole)
a pinch of salt

Preparation

Step 1:
First mix the cream and honey well. Attention - do not use the mixer too fast, otherwise the cream will flocculate!
Step 2:

Then add the eggs and salt and mix again.
Step 3:

Then pour the mixture immediately into the ice cream maker and let it run until you have the consistency you want.
Step 4:

Then put the ice cream artistically on a waffle with a spatula and sprinkle with a topping (e.g. sugar sprinkles) if necessary.
Step 5:

You can also add flavor carriers such as vanilla, strawberry syrup, etc. to the ice cream.
Step 6:

DANGER !!! The ice cream is only for immediate consumption (therefore also without Perfecto-Ingredients) designed - in the freezer it is much too hard !!!
