Speculoos ice cream, with the Speculoos ice cream paste from our shop. The ice cream is wonderfully creamy and intense. To round it off, you can add speculoos pieces to the finished ice cream. Ours goes wonderfully with this ice cream Lotti's caramel biscuit Variegato
Mix all dry ingredients.
Mix the milk, ice cream and dry ingredients together on the highest setting for 2 minutes.
Now add the cream and mix again briefly.
Let the mix mature in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.
Freeze the ice with an ice cream maker or the hand method.
