Production of coffee syrup using the ColdBrew method

The syrup can be topped up with cold water or cold milk in a ratio of 1: 3 or 1: 4, depending on your taste.

Ingredients

125 grams of coarsely ground coffee beans
1 liter of cold water
Equipment
Either a French press coffee pot or
Another suitable coffee container, where you can later separate the coffee grounds

Preparation

Step 1:
Coarsely grind the coffee beans
Step 2:
Pour into a container with a sieve
Step 3:
Add a liter of cold water
Step 4:
Let it steep in the refrigerator for 12-24 hours
Step 5:
Remove coffee grounds and store the syrup obtained in a bottle or jug for up to 14 days
