Ingredients

510 g fresh blood orange juice
200 g of water
130 g sugar
110 g Sorbet-Perfecto
15 g Bindemittel-Perfecto
10 g lemon juice
pinch of salt
Important notes
If you don't have freshly squeezed blood orange juice, you can also use 100% blood orange juice that you bought. I recommend fresh, as what is bought can often taste bitter.
The recipe also works with oranges.

Preparation

Step 1:
Mix all dry ingredients.
Step 2:
Mix the blood orange juice and water with the lemon juice.
Step 3:
Add the dry ingredients and mix everything at the highest level for 2 minutes.
Step 4:
Let the mix mature in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.
Step 5:
Now freeze the ice with an ice cream maker or the hand method.
