A very tasty one Variegato for date lovers and super delicious in cream cheese ice cream ... with a fine honey note

Step 1:
First cut the dates into small pieces and put them in a saucepan
Step 2:
then add the water and puree everything very finely. (Pieces do not taste so good later in the ice cream, not a nice mouthfeel)
Step 3:
then add all the remaining ingredients and bring to the boil and simmer for about 2-3 minutes, stirring always well
Step 4:
Pour into jars that have been rinsed with hot water and close tightly
